SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Areas

PetsZeno ships to Canada (including Quebec) and the United States.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Our products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers' warehouses. Estimated total delivery time, including order processing:

• Canada: 6 to 12 business days
• United States: 6 to 12 business days

We only sell products that our suppliers can deliver within 12 business days. These are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the product, destination, season and carrier.

Carriers

Orders are shipped with tracked carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, FedEx or other equivalent carriers.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number is sent by email so you can follow your package.

Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, customs, high demand (e.g. holidays) or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, we will contact you by email. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Customs and Import Fees

Duties or import taxes may apply in some cases. If applicable, these fees are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. PetsZeno is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Currency and Taxes

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) for customers in Canada and in US dollars (USD) for customers in the United States. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
